The government's response was a combination of secrecy and urgency - a Medical Manhattan Project which used radiation in hopes of rapidly developing a vaccine in time to prevent the epidemic of cancer from the contamination.

But the polio vaccine also contained SIV, the ancestor to HIV-1.

i am doing a research paper for a class that i am taking currently. i have been reading through a million different things on the internet to get this done and i have heard all of the theories that were stated in this site. i would like to just put some input on here from what ive learned. a lot of the sites i have been on actually connect two theories the first one being the warfare theorie and the second being the vaccine theory. these particular theories state that they believe the government created a population control virus(HIV) and used it in africa as well as to down the gay population in the US by telling an amount of the homosexual population that they were being called back to get hepB vaccines. some people also say that HIV can not species jump... just some added theory :)

i think that this an amasing discovery and im personaly shocked (but not serprised) by the third theroy. but i am shocked by how ruthless that the nations have become, i find this very intersting and also i read the bble and i read that the it says that the nations will rise against one another.

There are definitely a lot of theories about this and it would certainly be interesting and enlightening to find out the real truth. But I doubt we will every know the truth about that.
