			<description>The 23rd annual Asparagus Festival was held in Downtown Stockton April 25-27 attracting both the young and old. The festival&lt;br /&gt;
is a celebration of asparagus. Deep fried asparagus, asparagus&lt;br /&gt;
burritos, and asparagus pasta were some of the food that were available to the public.</description>

According to a recent report conducted by the National Coalition for the Homeless there were 212 documented cases of crimes against homeless.</description>
